Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins
These breakfast egg muffins are inspired by your favorite morning casserole or omelet! Great for an on-the-go breakfast and very customizable to your tastes. You can substitute any vegetables or meat that you like. I love to make a dozen of these and have them in my fridge to grab in the morning on my way to work.
Alex's Raw Chocolate Pudding
It may seem odd to have a banana and avocado in the same recipe, but the banana completely hides any taste of the avocado. The avocado is there simply for texture and nutritional value. Even my kids love this recipe! You can use any unsweetened milk in this recipe - almond, soy, rice, or coconut - and for a little crunch, use raw cocoa nibs instead of the cocoa powder.
