This is a basic margarita recipe. You can add your favorite fresh fruits to flavor it. Fresh strawberry or mango are good choices. For a little something different, try granulated sugar rims on the glasses instead of margarita salt.
Ingredients
- 5 fluids ounces tequila
- 3 fluids ounces triple sec
- 2 cans frozen limeade concentrate , 6 ounce
- 4 cups ice cubes
- coarse salt

Fresh Cranberry Salsa
A fresh alternative to store-bought cranberry sauce. Quick and easy!
Slow Cooker Lengua (Beef Tongue)
Beef tongue is a very tender, tasty meat. Don't let the cut of meat scare you; you will be pleasantly surprised. Find the meat at any Mexican market โ ask the butcher. Serve this in tacos with chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and wedges of lime.
"Egg Not" (Eggless Eggnog)
I developed this recipe because of my love for eggnog and my dislike of the thought of drinking raw eggs. I spent quite a long time and much trial and error before being confident enough to finalize this recipe. Tastes just like the real thing! Enjoy!
