Kicked-Up Goulash
This is no elementary school goulash, although it's as easy and a teen-pleaser. I created this recipe with what I had on hand, but the pearl onions and corn kick it up. It's hard to stop eating.
Tuscan Flank Steak
I've only been to Tuscany once, but I do remember a grilled steak coming off a charcoal fire, which was then sliced and splashed with olive oil, lemon, and rosemary. While I'm sure my version is far from traditional, it's really tasty and the very user-friendly flank steak is the perfect cut.
Krista's Sticky Honey Garlic Wings
These wings with honey garlic sauce are sure to be a hit with the whole family. The homemade sauce is so much better than store-bought jarred sauce. You can fry the chicken wings, but I prefer baking for less fat. Serve with fried rice and stir-fried veggies.
