Matcha Pancakes
These matcha pancakes are a treat. We're strong believers in sleeping in and brunching on the weekends (we didn't work hard all week for nothing!), so it's only natural that we treat ourselves to one of our favorite brunch foods: the classic pancake. There's just something about stacks of fluffy, buttery breakfast cakes that make us feel like we're starting the morning off with dessert, especially if chocolate chips are inside. Happy brunching! Top with more white chocolate chips, honey, and butter, and enjoy.
Big V's Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork
A wonderfully easy, exceptionally tender pulled pork recipe. The meat literally falls off the bone and the marinade adds an excellent flavor that can complement any BBQ sauce. This recipe is great if you're looking for a make-ahead meal. Pulled pork is great served on fresh baked rolls or pita bread with sharp Cheddar cheese and coleslaw. You can serve the pork as is or mix in your favorite BBQ sauce.
Hamburger Gravy
This hamburger gravy recipe is so easy to make! We've enjoyed hamburger gravy in our family for years. Serve over mashed or boiled potatoes, toast, or biscuits. Season to suit your family's taste. I like to garnish this with fresh minced onion.
