- 0.75 cups rolled oats
- 0.5 cups blueberries
- 0.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 0.25 cups soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon , or to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Combine rolled oats, blueberries, Greek yogurt, soy milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a lidded jar. Cover, shake to mix, and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
