A delicious twist on cream cheese frosting. This is great for decorating red velvet cake and would be excellent on banana cake too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter , softened
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 2 boxes confectioners' sugar , 16 ounce
- 5 tablespoons premium bourbon

Combine butter and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add confectioners' sugar and bourbon. Beat until frosting is smooth and spreadable.

Dark chocolate cupcakes with a bite! These little chili cakes are topped with chili cream cheese frosting. This recipe was inspired from a combination of recommendations from AR Buzzers. Thanks all! They were a huge hit at our annual chili cook-off. Many wanted these cupcakes to be allowed as an entry. Add more chili and cayenne powder to taste (if you can take it).
