This brown sugar mustard glaze for ham has a wonderful sweet and sour flavor. This is the recipe that my mother used every holiday. The best part is that you can adjust it to be sweeter by using more brown sugar or sour by using more mustard.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard , or as needed
Instructions
-
1
Gather ingredients.
-
2
Mix brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, stir in more mustard.
