This is an alternative to Bulletproof coffee for people following the Bulletproof diet, ketogenic diet, or any high-fat low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 11 fluids ounces hot water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride , MCT
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao butter
  • 0.13 teaspoons vanilla powder
  • 6 dropss liquid stevia , or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

    Combine hot water, butter, MCT oil, cacao powder, cacao butter, vanilla powder, liquid stevia, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
