Ingredients
- 0.5 medium head cabbage , shredded
- 0.5 cups chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 0.25 cups thinly sliced red onion
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper , seeded and diced
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch white sugar

Place cabbage in a large bowl with cilantro, onion, and jalapeño; toss to combine.

Mix oil, lime juice, vinegar, salt, and sugar together in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Let sit on the counter for 1 to 2 hours, then drain. Serve at room temperature.
