Pistachio Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Chef John's pistachio-stuffed pork tenderloin with a quick, easy pan sauce is impressive and beautiful to serve. The pistachio and Dijon mustard filling is a flavor combination that you will use again and again.

This truly is the best avocado toast you'll ever have. If you like an added protein boost, top with scrambled or boiled eggs.
Fish on a Plank
The delicate flavors of the fish are richly enhanced by the sweet tang of the wood planks. The mango salsa gives it a spicy flair. Just about any fish will work; I have used tilapia and it turns out well. This is great served with rice pilaf.
