I love chicken satay: That spicy meat on a stick, marinated and grilled and served with a peanut sauce. With this recipe, I tried to get that same effect with a chicken satay burger.

- 2 teaspoons Asian chili pepper sauce , such as sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 0.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 0.25 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper , or to taste
- salt to taste
- 4 hamburgers buns
- 0.25 cups cilantro leaves
Instructions
-
1
Combine peanut butter, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl; stir until thoroughly blended.

2
Combine carrot, cucumber, and jalapeño in a bowl; stir in vinegar and fish sauce. Set aside.

Fry a small piece of chicken mixture in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until chicken is browned and no longer pink. Taste chicken piece; season chicken mixture with cayenne pepper and salt as needed. Do not eat raw chicken mixture.

5
Spoon 1/4 chicken mixture into the same skillet, forming a patty shape; cook until bottom browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until browned and no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes more. Repeat with remaining chicken mixture to make 3 more patties.
-
6
Spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter spread onto each bun half. Top each bottom bun with 1 chicken patty, 1/4 carrot slaw, and 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves. Place top buns on burgers; serve.

Cheese Stuffed Olives
Will definitely impress others! To fill the olives, use a pastry bag or plastic baggie with the corner cut out. What works best is a cookie press. Also, you can use bottled roasted garlic, but I like to make my own.
Triple Cheese Gluten-Free Jalapeno Poppers
Three kinds of cheese and gluten-free bread crumbs make a delicious appetizer the whole family will love. The gluten free bread crumbs crisp up just like regular ones thanks to adding cotija cheese before baking.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Wings
These Asian-inspired peanut butter and jelly wings offer fun new flavors while using some familiar ingredients. Garnish with crushed peanuts, green onions, and/or sesame seeds if you like.
