Black Forest Brownie Dump Cake
This simple dump cake is super sweet and indulgent with a classic pairing of cherries and chocolate. Salted butter balances out the sweetness and adds rich flavor to the gooey chocolate brownie topping. Serve this warm dessert with cold vanilla ice cream for the perfect bite!
Grilled Eggplant with Balsamic Vinegar Relish
Grilled eggplant topped with a fresh tomato, oregano, and balsamic relish. Can be served as a side dish to meat or fish, or as an appetizer with some crusty grilled bread! Serve warm or cold, but my preference is to serve it at room temperature.
Crispy and Tender Baked Chicken Thighs
Crispy chicken thighs are baked in the oven with a flavorful, homemade spice rub. The bone-in chicken thighs stay moist and juicy while the skin crisps up beautifully. Serve this budget-friendly main dish alongside any side dish for a dinner the whole family will love.
