Potato Fish Chowder
This fish soup with potatoes is comforting and warm on a cold winter day! I've also used this recipe to make oyster stew. It turned out better than expected.
Blood Orange Vinaigrette
The sweet tang from blood oranges makes a beautiful vinaigrette. Toss it over your favorite greens, some fresh slices of blood orange, and a few candied nuts for an amazing salad.
Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder
This chicken corn chowder is super easy to make quickly on the stovetop. I used store-bought rotisserie chicken and shredded the breast meat to save time, but you are more than welcome to cook your meat and then shred it. You can also precook the potatoes to speed up the recipe.
