These cheesy stuffed garlic Hawaiian rolls are an explosion of flavor in the best way. Baked with string cheese tucked inside, and a parsley-garlic butter brushed over, you'll never make garlic bread any other way.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 mozzarellas string cheese sticks
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons pepper
- 1 grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Separate each roll and, using a paring knife, cut a 1/2-inch slit in the side and hollow out a small hole, taking care not to cut all the way through.
-
2
Cut each string cheese in half and stick 1 piece into each prepared roll. Place rolls in a baking dish nestled close to each other.
-
3
Place butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup and cover loosely with a paper towel. Microwave until melted, stirring halfway through, until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Brush butter mixture generously over each roll and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until rolls are golden brown and lightly toasted, 15 to 18 minutes.

A family favorite for years, this is a melt in your mouth fudge which will satisfy even the most insistent chocolate craving.
Heather's Beef Enchiladas
This beef recipe is one of my family's favorites. The enchiladas can be made in advance and then reheated, or you can make the different components ahead of time and assemble and bake for a quick dinner. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce or salsa.
Air Fryer Lemon Freezer Cookies
These cookies are delicious on their own but I like the extra zing you get from icing them with a lemon-powdered sugar mixture. Prep and freeze the cookie dough (will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months!) and when you're having a craving, slice and pop them in your air fryer and they will be ready in less than 10 minutes.
