This chili crisp mayo has just two ingredients. With your favorite mayo and a spoonful (or two) of chili crisp, you can whip up a flavorful topping that adds a delicious kick and a bit of texture to almost anything. Use it on sandwiches, burgers, seared tuna, or use as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken. For extra spicy, add an additional tablespoon of chili crisp.

- 0.67 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy chili crisp , such as Lao Gan Ma®

Place mayonnaise and chili crisp into the bowl of a mini food processor. Blend until smooth and evenly combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Alternately, you can stir the mayonnaise and chili crisp together in a bowl.
