Cabbage Ramen Salad
So refreshing and colorful! Great as a side dish or a salad on its own. A 'slap-chop' works great if you have one. When I bring this to a party, I keep the oils, veggies, seeds, ramen, and sugar in separate bags until it's time to mix and serve. It tastes better to me when I don't mix the sugar with the oil right away.
Granny's Mini Pecan Pies
You, too, can make pecan pies, just like Granny's mini pecan pies, using this easy homemade pie dough and a simple pecan pie filling. If you prefer to make a single 9-inch pie, use half the pie dough. Prep and bake as directed in a deep-dish pan.
Creamy Macaroni Salad
This creamy pasta salad recipe is easy and a huge hit at every function I take it to. I've looked all over for a great macaroni salad, and this is it! I like my salads to have a lot of creamy dressing, so I always make an extra half-batch of the dressing and add it as necessary to add more moisture since the pasta soaks up so much sauce.
