Ingredients

  • 3 eggs whites
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.13 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 0.67 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
