Here's a pie for the non-bakers among us...no cooking skills needed...and it tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust , 9 inch
- 2 packages single serve ready-made , 4 ounce
- 0.33 cups reduced fat smooth peanut butter
- 1 container lite frozen whipped topping , 8 ounce
Instructions
-
1
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; stir until completely blended.
-
2
Pour filling into pie crust. Freeze pie until firm. Partially thaw in refrigerator, for about 2 hours or so, before serving. You can store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer. Leftover pie sometimes gets a little soft in the refrigerator, and doesn't hold its shape. It still tastes good, though. If you want perfect looking slices after you make the first incision, store in freezer and thaw as needed.

Banana and Peanut Butter 4-Ingredient 'Ice Cream'
I always make this banana and peanut butter 4-ingredient 'ice cream' for my family! It is a great recipe for vegan and vegetarian diets, just replace the peanut butter with organic peanut butter or another nut butter. Substitute water for milk if desired. The more milk you add, the thinner and soupier your ice cream will be. Serve it with sliced fresh fruit or handmade whipped cream.
Turon (Plantain Egg Rolls)
Filipino-style, fried plantain egg rolls have been my favorite dessert since I was a child. Crispy, sugary shells with soft and warm plantains inside. They are a breeze to make when you have everything set up in advance. They can be frozen in bulk and fried without any defrosting.
Clean Carrot Muffins
These carrot muffins come out fluffy and smell amazing. The riper the banana, the sweeter these will be. I've also made them using grated apples. Love how it's all done in a blender.
