- 0.67 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 1.6599999666214 cups white sugar
- 1.25 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
