Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cooked shrimp
  • 1 small red onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh jalapeño chile , seeded and minced
  • 1 cucumber , peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 bunches cilantro , finely chopped
  • 2 limes , juiced
  • 0.5 cups Clamato Tomato Cocktail

Instructions

    In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.
