Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked shrimp
- 1 small red onion , thinly sliced
- 1 fresh jalapeño chile , seeded and minced
- 1 cucumber , peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
- 0.5 bunches cilantro , finely chopped
- 2 limes , juiced
- 0.5 cups Clamato Tomato Cocktail

In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.
