This pasta salad with broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower, onions and mushrooms can easily be customized with your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotelle or spiral pasta , cooked and drained
- 2.5 cups assorted cut-up vegetables , broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower, onions and mushrooms
- 0.5 cups cubed Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 0.33 cups sliced pitted ripe olives , Optional
- 1 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

Combine all ingredients except the dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
