Cranberry and Cilantro Quinoa Salad
I got this cranberry and cilantro quinoa salad recipe from the restaurant my dad built. I love the unique way of cooking the quinoa and the great combination of flavors.

A Salty Chihuahua is a tequila-lemonade cocktail that's a variation on the Salty Dog, and it's also fun to say.
Chef John's Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken tikka masala is usually made with heavy cream, but I like to use coconut milk instead; its subtle sweetness works beautifully with the spices in the dish. Serve with steamed rice.
