This Cool Ranch pickle Dorito salad is an exciting mix of crunchy and creamy textures, and salt, vinegar, and dill pickle flavors. It's not the usual picnic corn salad!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, and fresh dill.

Add Doritos, corn, Mexicorn, pickles, and pepper Jack to a large bowl. Pour in dressing and stir gently until well combined. Garnish with additional dill and serve immediately.
