Decadent Hummus
I have made this recipe for my family for several years now and it never disappoints. My kids take it on ski trips to share with the team and everyone always loves it! They always want to know why our hummus is a dark brown color. It's the olives! The recipe is equally great without the olives and/or feta. Wonderful with pita bread, chips, crackers, or veggies!
Instant Pot Tacos al Pastor
Meat for tacos al pastor is traditionally cooked on a spit, but this flavorful variation is made by cooking marinated meat in an Instant Pot or multi-functional pressure cooker. The result is a fall-apart, tender, flavor-infused pork taco that your family will request again and again.
Avon's End of Summer Sunday Morning Peach Coffee Cake
Avon's end-of-summer Sunday morning peach coffee cake recipe evolved after picking peaches with my daughter and watching her create a peach-blueberry muffin. This inspired me to develop this flavorful coffee cake with a tender crumb. Peaches and bananas are great together. The aroma while baking is heavenly. Not really restricted to Sunday mornings!
