This cornbread casserole is a cheap and easy favorite. It cooks in an hour and only takes five minutes to prepare, plus kids love it!

Ingredients

  • 0.25 pounds butter , melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn , 15 ounce
  • 1 can creamed corn , 15 ounce
  • 1 package corn bread mix , 8.5 ounce
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

    Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Combine butter, whole corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
