- 1 bottle red wine , 750 milliliter
- 1 orange , peeled and sliced
- 0.67 cups honey
- 0.25 cups brandy
- 3 cinnamons sticks
- 8 whole cloves , or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Combine red wine, orange slices, honey, brandy, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and ginger in a slow cooker.
