Agua de Valencia
Agua de Valencia is like a boozier mimosa with a Spanish twist, said to have been created in 1959 by Constante Gil at Café Madrid in Valencia. A touch of sugar can be added if your oranges aren't fully ripe. You can substitute Champagne or Prosecco if you can't find Cava. A perfect brunch addition.
Lemonade Frosting
Tangy lemonade flavored whipped cream frosting works very well with yellow or white cakes.
Instant Pot Cherry-Orange Cranberry Sauce
This cranberry sauce practically makes itself! It's quick, and you won't have to keep a constant eye on it. Substitute the water for apple or orange juice, or do half water and half rum! Can be made several days ahead of time, will keep for at least a week in the refrigerator, and can even be frozen if needed.
