- 1 pound fresh mushrooms , stems removed
- 1 pound lobster tail , cleaned and chopped
- 2.75 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , Optional
- 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
- 1 can crabmeat , 6 ounce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Brush a large baking sheet with about 1/4 cup melted butter.
-
2
Arrange mushroom caps, gill sides up, in a single layer on baking sheet.
-
3
Combine lobster, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, crushed croutons, remaining 1/2 cup melted butter, crabmeat, and garlic. Spoon into mushroom caps.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese; serve hot.

Very refreshing, fruity and delicious! These muffins will bring a smile to anyone's day! Share them with someone you love. You may substitute raspberries or blueberries for the strawberries if you wish and feel free to use either naturally flavored strawberry, banana, or vanilla yogurt.
Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes
This is my mother's and grandmother's old-fashioned buttermilk pancakes recipe from Western Tennessee. I have never found anything that comes close to the flavor of these pancakes. Add small berries for a different flavor boost. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
