- 6 medium fresh jalapeño peppers , seeded and minced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro , roughly chopped
- 1.5 cups white sugar
- 2 medium limes , juiced
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.75 teaspoons ground black pepper

Combine cranberries, jalapeños, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended, working in batches if necessary. Transfer to a large bowl.
