This delicious, colorful cranberry walnut slaw is tart, sweet, and perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 1 , 16 ounce
- 0.5 large sweet onion , chopped
- 1 stalk celery , chopped
- 0.5 cups dried cranberries
- 0.25 cups chopped walnuts
- 0.5 cups distilled white vinegar
- 0.33 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cups vegetable oil
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1.5 teaspoons dry mustard
- ground black pepper to taste

Toss coleslaw mix, onion, celery, cranberries, and walnuts in a large bowl until well mixed.

Shake vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, mustard, and pepper in a jar with a lid until well combined; pour over slaw mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
