Yummy, easy Christmas punch. Garnish with cranberries and mint leaves frozen in ice cubes.
Sweet and Tangy Thai Cucumber Salad
This sweet and tangy Thai cucumber salad is a refreshing side to spicy Thai food. I prefer it without hot peppers or peanuts since its major purpose for me is refreshment. It's especially quick to make if you can slice the cucumbers and onions in a food processor.
Low-Carb Cream of Mushroom Soup
This low-carb, high-fat, tangy cream of mushroom soup is the perfect keto meal. Cream cheese thickens this soup making, it both delicious and filling.
