Grilled Portobello with Basil Mayonnaise Sandwich
This grilled portobello sandwich is perfect for summer. You can use just about any type of bread but kaiser rolls or burger buns are the best. I like to serve this with grilled squash and a glass of white wine.
Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce
A delicious sage-butter sauce with gnocchi pasta and Parmesan cheese makes a delicious side dish or complete meal.
Vegetarian Buffalo Chicken Dip
Creamy, cheesy, spicy, vegetarian dip. I have been a vegetarian for 19 years, and this is a great hot dip for parties โ enjoyed by non-vegetarians too! Serve with wheat tortilla chips.
