Fast and Friendly Meatballs
These easy turkey meatballs are quick to prepare and very kid-friendly. You can serve them with pasta and spaghetti sauce or just eat them with ketchup, as my children do.
Chef John's Cloud Eggs
You've probably seen these things blowing up on social media recently, and by recently, I mean like 2 years ago. These are very easy to make, super cool to look at, and very enjoyable to eat. This could also be a pretty cool menu item for a Mother's Day brunch. Serve on generously buttered toast with a pinch of cayenne and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
Cinnamon-Apple Bars with Icing
Cinnamon-spiced apple slices are layered between a soft golden crust and a crumb topping, drizzled with icing. Tastes exactly like apple pie, only in bar form! This recipe is my most famous of all!
