- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 2 ounces finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary , minced

Divide goat cheese into 12 equal portions; roll each into a ball.

Combine pecans and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll cheese balls in pecan mixture until covered. Gently pat balls into patties; transfer to a serving plate.
