Creamy goat cheese is lightly dusted with pecans, honey, and rosemary. This recipe is so delicious, light, and refreshing. It could be served as an appetizer or an interesting dessert. It's always a hit! Spread it on your favorite crostini, bagel chips, or melba toasts.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 2 ounces finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary , minced

Divide goat cheese into 12 equal portions; roll each into a ball.

Combine pecans and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll cheese balls in pecan mixture until covered. Gently pat balls into patties; transfer to a serving plate.

Drizzle honey over patties; sprinkle rosemary on top. Serve immediately.
