This crunchy coleslaw is a great side dish or salad. I like to use spicy ramen noodles for a more zesty flavor! This recipe is even better the next day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch green onions , chopped
- 0.5 cups vinegar

Crush ramen noodles into a large bowl. Pour seasoning packets into a jar.

Add coleslaw mix, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions to ramen noodles. Mix until well combined.

Add vinegar to ramen seasoning; cover the jar and shake until well mixed. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until flavors have blended, about 1 hour.
