This cucumber mint green iced tea is a tasty twist on classic ice tea. Combine the earthy flavor of green tea with cool cucumber and mint for the perfect summer beverage.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 greens tea bags
- 0.5 cups mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons honey , or to taste
- 1/2 lemon , juiced
- 1 medium english cucumber , thinly sliced
- fresh mint , optional
- ice cubes
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea bags and mint leaves, and allow to steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain brewed tea into a pitcher. Stir in honey and lemon juice while tea is still warm, and allow to cool to room temperature.

Add cucumber slices, and set aside for about 10 minutes.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour cold tea over the cubes. Garnish with additional mint, lemon, and cucumber slices to serve.
