This take on traditional chicken salad has received rave reviews wherever it's been served. I've even been able to convert my husband, who won't come within 10 feet of traditional chicken salad, into a "more please" kinda guy when I serve these curried chicken lettuce wraps for dinner! Also makes great leftovers as it tastes even better after a day or two!

Pisco Sour II
This is a typical Chilean drink served at every party in Chile (also served before lunch or dinner). This is my mother's version and although there are may be as many versions of it as there are Chileans in Chile, I think this is the best!

The Big Jamo Cocktail
Timothy O'Toole's bar in Chicago, a place with undying loyalty to the Bears, features this big Irish whiskey-infused drink flavored with ginger ale and lime. The cocktail is named after Jameson whiskey, aka Big Jamo. "There's a big pour, a solid 8-count of Jamo in there," the bartender told us.
