Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons finely grated onion
- 0.5 teaspoons curry powder

Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, onion, and curry powder together in a bowl; refrigerate at least 2 hours.

There are two basic types of tamale pie, one with a cornbread topping and the other with masa dough. Here, I wanted to create something that gives us the best of both, and I was delighted with how this came out. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
