This dandelion salad is a delicious way to use young dandelions growing in your yard. Top with your favorite dressing. I prefer hot bacon dressing!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 pounds young dandelion greens , washed and torn
  • 0.5 reds onion , chopped
  • 2 ripes tomatoes , chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
