- 2 cups MILK , of your choosing
- 0.5 teaspoons EXTRACT

Blend dates, 1 cup MILK, and the EXTRACT in a high-powered blender until very smooth, about 2 minutes. Add remaining 1 cup MILK; blend to combine. Transfer to a canning jar or airtight container.
