Ratatouille
This ratatouille recipe is my version of the terrific French vegetable stew made with fresh tomatoes and lots of summer vegetables. It's very versatile side dish and makes a delicious vegetarian main dish, too.
Authentic Pad Thai
This is an authentic pad thai recipe with rice noodles, chicken, peanuts, and stir-fried eggs in a traditional tamarind sauce. Garnish with fresh bean spouts and chives. This recipe was inspired by the pad thai at Thai Tom.
Sparkling PB&J Sidecars
