Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 0.5 packages mild Cheddar cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 package dried mixed fruit , 6 ounce
- 1 cup chopped pecans

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and honey; beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and chopped fruit; mix well.

Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill for at least 3 hours.
