Berry Good French Toast Bake
This is a warm French toast dish my step-mom made once years ago, and my kids have never stopped asking for it. Now they are making it for their kids! Drizzle melted butter over each serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with warm maple syrup. Strawberries can be used in place of blueberries.
Zu's Fried Apple Pies
These easy mini apple pies are simple and delicious. My kids can't stop eating them! I sometimes use canned apple pie filling and a little sugar and maybe add some ground cinnamon to pastry. Yum!
Jamaican Style Curry Chicken
Wondering how to make curry chicken? This is the recipe that I put together from visiting various websites, verbal consultations, and just experimenting on my own and with my family. It's rich and hearty, with flavor that's great when you can't get the real thing in the islands. Try a variety of hot peppers to change the flavor — even sweet bell peppers give it a different taste. Use fresh thyme to really bring out the fresh taste.
