- 1.75 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounce
- 0.75 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bar semisweet baking chocolate , 4 ounce

Place cherries in the bowl of a food processor; pulse into small pieces.

Combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl; pour into an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Add cherries while machine is running; freeze until desired consistency is reached, about 20 minutes. Stir in chocolate chunks.
