3
Remove meat from marinade and shake off excess. Discard marinade. Place meat in the center of a (12x18-inch) sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Lift foil sides; double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

Bake steak and vegetables in foil packets in the preheated oven until steak reaches desired doneness, 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) for medium-rare, and vegetables are tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Add tortillas to the oven until heated through during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Open packets carefully by cutting along top fold with a sharp knife, allowing steam to escape. Thinly slice steak.
-
8
Fill warm tortillas with steak and vegetables. Top with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.

Holiday Star Bread
This holiday star bread is beautifully rich and lightly sweet, with just the right amount of dried fruit and nuts, and will be a gorgeous centerpiece for any holiday breakfast or brunch. Chef John fully demystifies the construction—you'll find it is not nearly as difficult as you expect yet so dramatic.
Peanut Butter Quesadillas
My children love peanut butter quesadillas. They're a delicious change from the average peanut butter sandwich. Even grown ups love them!
Adzuki Mooncake
This traditional Chinese cake is so moist and indulgent. You can substitute adzuki beans with mung beans, lotus seeds, chestnuts, mixed nuts, dried fruits, etc. Once cool, these are ready to be served or wrapped as gift. They will be even more moist if you leave them at room temperature for 2 days. For a more authentic shape, press the cakes into a mooncake mold, small cake tins, cookie cutters, even muffins tins after they have been rolled in flour.
