- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
-
2
Cover chicken breasts with garlic, then sprinkle with rosemary, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
-
3
Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven until done and juices run clear, about 25 minutes (baking time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts). An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Cabbage Roll Skillet
Cabbage, rice, hamburger, garlic, and onions! I love cabbage rolls, but they just take too much time and most recipes make way too much for my hubby and I. So I came up with this skillet dinner one Sunday afternoon.
Kongnamool (Korean Soybean Sprouts)
These Korean bean sprouts with the flavor of kimchi are truly delicious. Enjoy with a bowl of rice.
Italian Tuna Spread
This Italian tuna spread recipe makes a great addition to an antipasti spread. Serve it with crostini, Melba toast, or crackers at room temperature. Store it, covered, in the refrigerator. To reuse, bring it back to room temperature; do not microwave to reheat; it will turn to goop. This also makes the best tuna fish sandwich you will ever have. Use iceberg lettuce, toasted bread, and a thin slice of tomato. Yum!
