One of the easiest Italian chicken recipes: Boneless breasts marinated in Italian-style salad dressing, then baked. It's the simplest and most delicious meal ever, and my husband thinks I cook all day to make it!
Ingredients
- 6 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 bottle Italian-style salad dressing , 16 ounce
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients.
-
2
Pierce chicken breasts with a fork.
-
3
Pour salad dressing into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken breasts, seal bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight.
-
4
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish; discard remaining marinade.
-
5
Bake in the preheated oven, turning chicken occasionally, until cooked through and juices run clear, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

6
Serve and enjoy!

Tammy's Pumpkin Roll
This is a great dessert, especially nice for holidays, but it can be served anytime of the year. The resulting pumpkin roll slices will impress your guests. The pumpkin roll is not as hard to make as it sounds. Be sure and use plain canned pumpkin and not pumpkin pie mix. Originally submitted to CakeRecipe.com.
Taquito Casserole
This taquito casserole, with a creamy base of beans, corn, and cheese, baked crispy taquitos on top, and a drizzle of jalapeno crema, is like an enchilada casserole but with tiny enchiladas.
Salmon Quiche
This salmon quiche recipe was one my father would always make on holidays for family members who didn't like turkey or ham. It's become a staple at my holiday dinners as well. Everyone who's eaten it has loved it and begged for the family recipe afterward. We always make two and freeze one for later. It's excellent paired with a side of grilled asparagus.
