This easy lima bean recipe features baby lima beans steamed in chicken broth. It's a tasty side dish that's low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 medium onion , finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 , 16 ounce
  • 0.25 cups water , or as needed to cover

Instructions

    Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add onion to the hot pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
