Vegan Cupcakes
These vegan cupcakes taste amazing and are quick to make! You can play around and substitute different kinds of milk, oils, and extracts; I've used my favorites in the recipe, but just about any will work. Unfortunately, this recipe doesn't rise well as a cake, but cupcakes are more fun anyway! These are great with a simple frosting of cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and orange juice.
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
This cinnamon raisin bread recipe was my dad's, and it's the best I've ever had! A yummy moist bread loaded with raisins and cinnamon. Great plain, toasted, or with a light glaze of buttercream frosting.
My Favorite Chicken Salad
This savory chicken salad is by far my favorite. I'm a huge fan of chicken salad and have tried many variations over the years. This recipe with simple, refreshing flavors and great texture is wonderful on a sandwich or served over a bed of lettuce.
