This oven-barbecued beef brisket recipe is extremely easy and is my family's favorite! It can be done in the oven or slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds beef brisket
- 1 can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage , 12 fluid ounce
- 1 can or bottle chili sauce , 12 fluid ounce
- 1 package dry onion soup mix , 1 ounce

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Place brisket, fat-side up, in a roasting pan. Combine cola, chili sauce, and onion soup mix in a small bowl; pour over brisket. Cover roasting pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 3 to 4 hours; uncover during the last hour.
