This is pizza made on a gas grill. The results are great, and plenty of variations would work. The trick is to grill one side of the pizza dough first, then add the toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 ready made pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 0.5 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 0.5 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
-
2
Roll out prepared pizza dough to a size that will fit your grill. Place on grill for 5 minutes, or to desired doneness, and flip over. Now add the sauce, cheese, green bell pepper and mushrooms.
-
3
Cover the grill and allow to cook over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Tradizionali
This carbonara recipe comes from an Italian, unlike a lot of recipes out there for spaghetti alla carbonara. It's very true to what you'd find in Italy โ no cream, just eggs, and Pecorino Romano cheese is used, not Parmesan.
Bubble Pizza
This bubble pizza is my granddaughter's most requested meal when she comes to visit. It's a meal in itself, but a salad would go nicely with it. Have fun experimenting with your favorite pizza toppings.
