This roasted red cabbage is delicious, healthy, and sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage , sliced into six 1-inch pieces
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
